Over the past 8 years, Joe has alternated between directing and camera ops. Living and working in The Netherlands and Melbourne, Joe has freelanced under multiple agencies developing his distinctive visual style in both photography and film.
More at home in the water than anywhere else, Blair has been working as a camera operator and editor since 2010. Cutting his teeth in television production, Blair learnt how to shoot in remote, unforgiving locations where battling the elements was a crucial part of capturing images. Story driven, Blairs eye for detail and skill behind the monitor is a perfect combination.
