We wanted the visual language to reflect the beauty in the design. Twilight played a big part in the colour palette and aesthetics of this small piece. The atmosphere always has a certain weight when you shoot at these hours of the day. It's a transitional period, and in a way, reflects the current speed at which things are changing in the digital age. The phone call recording, not only adds a narrative but, gives instant mystery and almost a layer of nostalgia to the film.
